My builder was Richard Caso, Caso construction, for our two storey extension. He has been so good, his attention to detail is amazing, he did his snagging list the other day and has stuff on there I hadn't even noticed and I'm fairly picky. He gave us a price and break down of payments at the beginning and we've just paid the final payment, exactly as he said. He has a long waiting list but he's totally worth it, I'd never let anyone else touch our house now! We moved out for 4 weeks and he had everything done that he said he would when we moved back in.  I'd recommend Caso Construction Ltd to anyone. - Josie Rowe

 

Now that the extension, outbuilding and landscaping are completed, Sally and I felt it was time to write to express how delighted we are with the project.  Although you came highly recommended and we had seen some work you carried out on another property, it was still a leap of faith for us as we have never had any building work done before and knew that our extension was going to be complicated with the large amount of steel work involved. However, we both feel that the project was well organised, disruption was kept to a minimum and the quality of the finish especially the kitchen fitting, tiling, flooring and decorating etc exceeding our expectations.  The project also came in pretty much on schedule and apart from agreed extras was on budget.  Once again Richard our thanks for a first class job and should you have clients who wish to see previous work carried out by you we would be happy to assist. - Sally and Danny Kader
